Who Can Stay

Each villa comfortably and safely accommodates up to 6 guests, with the following combinations:

• Up to 6 adults, or
• Up to 5 adults plus 1 child, or
• Up to 4 adults plus 2 children.

This limit is set for the safety and comfort of all guests and cannot be exceeded, regardless of the ages of those staying.

If your party is larger, please contact us directly. With three villas on the same property, we may be able to accommodate you across more than one villa.

Age Categories

Age	Category	What this means for you
0–2 years	Infant	Stays free of charge. A travel cot is available on request. Please ask at least 3 days before arrival.
3–11 years	Child	A reduced child rate applies per night. Please see the booking page for current rates by season.
12 years +	Adult	Guests aged 12 and over are counted and charged as adults.

Our Private Pools

Each villa has its own private swimming pool. Please note the following before you book and during your stay:

• Pools are not fenced, and no lifeguard or pool attendant is provided at any time.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian whenever they are near or in the pool.
• Basic pool safety equipment is provided poolside.
• A printed safety notice is available in English, French, Italian and German.
• Pool lighting is decorative, and swimming after dark is not recommended.

We ask all guests travelling with children to read this section carefully and to supervise children at all times around the water. This is the one rule we cannot compromise on.

Before You Arrive

• Please let us know the exact number of guests and the ages of any children when you book, so we can prepare your villa correctly and confirm the right rate.
• Requests for a travel cot or extra bedding should be made at least 3 days before arrival.
• The confirmed number of guests must match who arrives. If your party has grown since booking, please contact us in advance. We are happy to help, but we ask that you do not arrive with more guests than confirmed.
